OK already, I know that St. Patrick’s Day is actually on the 17th of March. But the Chateau O’Brian Winery was honoring Ireland’s Patron Saint on the 9th & 10th of March with live music, Irish stew, bangers & squeek, wine & really fine homemade bread. So a Party was Afoot! Da Urchin, Don & Dolores, Carly & Dean, Lisa & Paul, Michelle & yours truly all converged on the good Chateau O’Brian Saturday around noon & proceeded to party.
The live band was the same lads who played there last fall when the Urchin & I went to a Fall Festival at the Chateau. The fella on the left playing a classical guitar here usually plays a very fine fiddle.

A little bit after noon a couple sat down at the table next to us that asked Don about his Nikon camera & me about my Canon. Turns out the fella was from Texas and had played 3 years with the Dallas Cowboys.

I had no idea Super Bowl rings were so MASSIVE! So we had a 3 table party & a good time was had by one and all.
